Thank you for visiting our shop and considering a purchase from us. The information below details how we calculate shipping charges and the carriers we typically use.
For Deliveries to Australian Destinations
Freight is calculated based on the total order value. For orders less than $100.00 in total, the freight cost will be a flat rate of $10.00 per order. For orders with a total price over $100.00, no additional freight will be charged except for Dream Duffels (Refer below). Typically, general orders are dispatched using Australia Post's Express Post. For most capital cities next day delivery is offered by this service however please check the Australia Post website for full details of delivery times.
Dream Duffel Orders:
Unfortunately Dream Duffels are not eligible for flat rate or free shipping offers due to their size. Please contact us for shipping charges.
For Deliveries to New Zealand
Freight is calculated based on item cost during the checkout process. Goods will be sent via the most economical method. This might be Australia post, Express post, recorded mail, courier or air express. New Zealand customers may have to pay additional New Zealand duties and charges. This is dependant and overall weight and value of goods. Please visit New Zealand customs website for the latest information
Our delivery times
We will endeavour to get your purchases to you as quickly as possible however delivery times will vary dependant on location and stock availability. Local Deliveries for in-stock items may be approximately 2 to 3 days. Country customers, Western Australia and Northern Territory customers may experience longer delivery timeframes. Items that are not currently in stock will be placed on back order with the relevant manufactureer and will be delivered as soon as possible. We will contact you if this is the case.
Please note that packages/parcels will not always fit through a letterbox, so please ensure you have provided a delivery address where someone will be available to receive or sign for your delivery. If a delivery is attempted and fails you will receive a card from the delivery service indicating where your parcel is being held. Please contact the delivery service to arrange delivery or collection.
